Update wrought iron.
The homeowner was preparing his townhouse for sale and needed to move it out of the 80’s. The white wrought iron handrail was one of the features that needed to be replaced. The cost of replacing the handrail was pretty expensive so we updated the existing railing instead. We removed the railing and took it to our workshop where we cut the individual balusters off. We purchased new wrought iron balusters with globe and twists then welded them in place. We painted the updated railing black and re-installed it.
Along with some of the other updates, this one really brought this townhome up to date.
